Equipped exhibition stand

An equipped exhibition stand consists of standard constructions and is equipped with a standard set of furniture. It is covered with a carpet (the choice of colors is limited) and there is electricity (one receptacle). You’ll also have the name of your company inscribed on the frieze panel of the stand. The standard set of furniture depends on the size of the rented space. The cost of participation consists of the following:

• total cost of the rented space,
• extra charge for stand type,
• registration fee.
  

Non-equipped exhibition stand

A non-equipped exhibition stand is a marked part of space without electricity, any constructions and walls. It is not covered with a carpet either. If you want to rent non-equipped space you’d better provide electricity by ordering such a service. The prices of services and rules of installation are available in the Exhibitor’s manual.

Registration fee

The registration fee is valid during the whole exhibition, paid only once and consists of the following:

• • Invitations (one invitation/ 1 sq. m)
• Registration and adding information about your company to the official catalog of the exhibition
• Adding the name of your company and number of your exhibition stand to the list of participants and exhibition guide
• One copy of the catalog
• Badges (5 badges/10 sq. m)
